Most fitness apps assume you bring your best self every session. Flex Force X works with the body you actually woke up with. When sleep breaks, work runs late, or soreness shows up, the plan adapts. Sessions adjust, hold, or modify based on real signals — not a rigid schedule.

TRAINING Strength, cardio, progression, and session adjustments based on readiness, equipment, schedule, and goals. A programme that knows when to push and when to pull back.

NUTRITION Meal guidance built around your calorie targets, protein goals, allergies, preferences, and whether it's a training or rest day. Adapts as your plan does.

RECOVERY Signs of fatigue, soreness, missed sleep, and training load are used to hold, reduce, or modify your programme before overtraining becomes a problem.

SAFETY A deterministic safety layer withholds guidance when signals conflict, data is low-confidence, or intensity would be unsafe. A safety hold is not a broken plan — it is the system doing its job.
