Use of VPN

NextZero Agent uses iOS Network Extension as a core part of its secure access functionality. The app creates an encrypted device-level tunnel between the user's iPhone or iPad and authorized NextZero enterprise gateways or controllers.

This VPN tunnel is required to securely route authorized traffic to private enterprise resources according to the organization's access policies. Without this extension, NextZero Agent cannot provide secure Zero Trust remote access to protected company applications and internal services.

NextZero Agent does not use the VPN tunnel to manipulate ads, redirect traffic for monetization, collect browsing data for advertising, or provide hidden traffic interception. Network traffic through the tunnel is encrypted between the device and the authorized VPN tunnel endpoint.
