Developed by the Addiction Education Society for use in addiction education programs, this app walks you through a structured daily check-in process. By simply observing and recording how a craving feels each day, many people find the urge naturally loses its grip.

How it works: • Choose something you want to give up or cut back on • Check in each day and record how you're feeling about it • Track how your relationship with that craving changes over time
