SteadyKit is a 180-day program for anxiety, built around one idea: the app should make itself unnecessary.

Every day, you three small actions— a breath, a reframe, a reflection. Your "kit" is the set of tools you've learned. Over six months you collect enough of them that you can stand on your own, without SteadyKit or any other app.

Then the program ends. Really ends. After you download SteadyKit, you can unlock the full experience by subscribing to SteadyKit Premium. If you choose to purchase a premium subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple account, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal may be turned off at any time by going to your settings in the App Store after purchase.

SteadyKit is designed to support you in building healthier patterns of thought and action, drawing on principles from ERP, ACT, and CBT. However, SteadyKit is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Sage, the AI companion within SteadyKit, is not a therapist, counselor, or medical provider. It offers reflective conversation and skill-based guidance to help you understand your patterns and practice evidence-informed techniques. Please consult a licensed professional if you need clinical care.
