LifePulse: Health Insights

Find patterns in your health

Features & Capabilities

Steps, sleep, heart rate- they're connected in ways you can't spot by scrolling through charts. LifePulse does the math and tells you what's actually linked. (168)

Your Apple Watch tracks your steps. Your iPhone tracks your sleep. Health app tracks your heart rate. What none of them tell you is how any of those numbers connect to each other. That's the gap LifePulse fills. It reads the Health data you already have and looks for patterns. On the days you walked more, did you actually sleep better? When your resting heart rate drops, what else changed around it? Most people have a hunch about this stuff. LifePulse just runs the numbers and tells you if the hunch holds up. How it works The app compares every metric against every other one over the last few months. It uses Pearson correlation — standard stats, nothing fancy — and it only reports a pattern when the data actually supports it. You need about two weeks of Health data before anything useful shows up. After that, more data means more patterns. Insights come out in plain English, not charts you have to decode: "On days you walked over 9,000 steps, you slept 42 minutes longer." "Your HRV was higher on mornings after 7+ hours of sleep." That's it. No dressed-up medical advice, no pretending to be your doctor. Just what your data actually shows. What's in it

A daily view — steps, sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, and a 0 to 100 score for the day The list of patterns found in your history, ranked by strength A scatter plot for each one so you can see the pattern yourself instead of trusting the app Weekly reports that flag what changed Trend charts for any metric over 7, 30, or 90 days

Your data never leaves your phone. No server. No account. No analytics quietly sending your heart rate somewhere. Everything happens on the device. Delete the app and the data goes with it — it was never stored anywhere else to begin with. What you need LifePulse reads from Apple Health. An Apple Watch or a sleep tracker gives it more to work with, but the iPhone alone already tracks enough (steps, flights, walking distance) to get started. More metrics means more patterns to find. Who this is for People who already pay attention to their health numbers. Runners trying to figure out why one week felt great and the next felt awful. People who sleep badly and want to know if it's the caffeine or the late workouts. Anyone who's stared at a Health chart and thought "okay, but what does that actually mean." Not a medical device. LifePulse is for curiosity, not diagnosis. If something in your data genuinely worries you, talk to an actual doctor.
