Plio is a calm mobility companion for anyone who trains flexibility on a mat—without feeds, ads, or social noise. Use Punch to mark what you moved today, attach an optional photo or quick voice note, and keep a simple weekly rhythm. Mat builds ordered extension slots with an easy hold timer so you can adjust seconds, log how it felt, and stay consistent. Sheets turns your streaks and self-rated “pliancy” into clean summary cards you can save to your Photos library for your own records. Everything is stored locally on your iPhone. Camera, microphone, and photo access are only used when you choose to capture or attach media, or when you export a streak sheet. Terms and Privacy open inside the app. Flex Coins are optional consumable credits for extra streak sheet exports or premium sheet styles beyond the free allowance. Coins are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and are not subscriptions.
