TRAK: Lifting, Running & Food Apple

TRAK: Lifting, Running & Food

All-in-one tracker & AI coach

Overview

Features & Capabilities

STRAVA for the gym. Train with your circle. Post your sets, hold the crown on every lift, and race your crew's weekly board.

TRAK is one app for the training you're currently tracking in three.

Most fitness apps track one thing. A lifting app doesn't know you ran 10 miles yesterday. A running app doesn't know your legs are fried from squats. A nutrition app doesn't know either exists. You're the one left connecting the dots.

TRAK puts lifting, running, nutrition, and recovery in one place. Making connections that you can act on.

ASK TRAK An AI coach with your full training context. Ask why your easy runs feel hard, whether you're eating enough for your volume, or what to pull from chest day when your shoulder's bugging you. Answers come from your data, not a script.

SNAP-TO-SWAP Machine taken? Point your camera at whatever's free and TRAK rebuilds the exercise around it. Same target muscles, same intent, different hardware.

SNAP FOOD LOGGING Take a photo of your meal. TRAK estimates the macros and logs it. No searching, no scrolling.

RECOVERY MAP A body heatmap built from your recent training. See which muscle groups are loaded before you plan the next session — useful when the program says legs but your legs disagree.

CROSS-SEGMENT INSIGHTS TRAK reads across your lifting, running, and nutrition to surface patterns a single-category app can't see: how heavy leg days affect your run pace, how protein intake tracks with strength, where your real maintenance calories sit. Insights only appear when there's enough of your own data to back them.

EQUIVALENTS Your weekly volume, translated into real-world objects. Find out what you moved this week. Share it or don't.

APPLE HEALTH TRAK reads workouts from Apple Health (with your permission), so runs from your watch and sessions logged elsewhere count toward the full picture.

WHO IT'S FOR People tired of juggling three or four apps that don't talk to each other. If you lift and run and track what you eat, TRAK is the one place it all lives and the only one that connects them. Newer to training? TRAK's AI builds the plan too.

SUBSCRIPTION TRAK requires a TRAK Pro subscription: $14.99/month or $64.99/year, with a 14-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.

User Reviews

I’ve used hundred of fitness trackers and food trackers plus workout plan apps and more and Trak is far and away the best all around. Gives me a workout, tracks it and keeps track of my food too. Found the “catch up” feature today and it’s my favorite part for a busy life

I appreciate how easy it was to get started. I got the app because my friends were bugging me to lose weight. I’ll be back before I know it !
