Replay, Fat Burn & Progress
1000swim is a training analysis app for Apple Watch swimmers.
It reads your authorized swim workouts from Apple Health and reorganizes pace, heart rate, stroke rate, distance per stroke, SWOLF, and long-term training changes. You can use it to review every 1000m swim and see where your progress actually happened.
If you swim regularly, train over long periods, or already have a lot of Apple Watch swimming data, 1000swim gives you more than a normal workout log. It does not just show how far you swam or how long it took. It helps you understand what changed during the swim.
Main features:
[Dynamic Compare]
Select two similar-distance, similar-condition swims and compare them directly. See where the pace gap opened, whether heart-rate zones changed, and whether stroke rate and distance per stroke became steadier.
[Status Trends]
One workout does not tell the whole story. Trends are closer to your real condition. 1000swim groups similar-distance and same-pool swims into trend views, helping you review long-term changes in pace, heart rate, stroke count, efficiency, and training state.
[Radar]
Break one swim into an easier structure to read. Speed, efficiency, load, and stability are placed in one view, so you can quickly see what was strong and what still needs work.
[Comparison Line Charts]
The process often matters more than the final result. Review pace, heart rate, stroke rate, distance per stroke, and SWOLF curves to understand rhythm, late-session changes, fatigue points, and efficiency shifts.
[Milestones]
Progress is not only about one workout. 1000swim provides single-workout, monthly, yearly, and lifetime views to organize training volume, best performances, active days, and long-term accumulation.
[Widgets]
Put yearly, monthly, and lifetime swim progress on your Home Screen. Every swim leaves a visible mark in your long-term record.
[Data Quality and Corrections]
Swim records can be affected by pauses, pool length, distance errors, or non-continuous sessions. 1000swim tries to identify these cases and provides local correction tools when needed, making later analysis more reliable.
