3D stroke analysis & swim log
See the stroke you can't see underwater. Swim with your Apple Watch and Motion Flow rebuilds your arm path in 3D, then analyzes your form stroke by stroke.
A swim log that imports the workouts your Apple Watch recorded and analyzes them: 3D stroke motion, per-stroke form, heart rate, pace and SWOLF.
■ 3D stroke reconstruction
The motion sensors in your Apple Watch record your wrist path. One stroke cycle is rebuilt in 3D so you can rotate it and view it from the side, top and front.
■ Per-stroke form analysis
Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly are analyzed separately: high elbow versus straight arm, wrist direction at entry, and the acceleration profile across catch, pull, push and recovery.
■ Coach report
Each session is scored against eight movement patterns right after it ends. Thresholds shift with your level — beginner, intermediate, advanced — and the report names the drill to try next.
■ Calibration
Enter your arm length once and the trajectory calculation becomes more accurate.
■ Multi-chart timeline
Stroke, heart rate, pace and lap distance are aligned on one time axis. Drag the scrubber to read the values at any point in the session.
■ Automatic import and sorting
Swim workouts stored on your iPhone are imported with no manual entry. Lessons and free swims are labeled automatically from time-of-day and weekday patterns, and sensor gaps caused by wall turns and underwater phases are merged back into a single lap.
■ Analytics dashboard
Pace, distance, heart-rate trend, SWOLF by stroke, and time-of-day and weekday patterns, by week, month, year or all time.
■ Personal bests
A PB is tracked for every stroke and distance combination, shown together with its average pace.
■ Swimmer profile
Your accumulated data is classified as endurance, sprinter, technique or power.
■ 240 medals
30 categories across 8 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster, Legend.
■ Avatar and collection
A character that grows through six stages with your swim volume, plus a collection of swimsuits, caps, goggles, watches and gear.
