Log pool sessions, gym workouts and races in one place. Connect Apple Health to view recent workouts and heart rate inside the app (WHOOP/Polar → Apple Health → Tracked).

Swim & strength • Save swim sessions with distance and “intense sets” including times per rep and comparison to previous sets • Track races with splits, stroke counts and reaction time including comparison to PB • Log strength training with exercises, sets, reps, weight, tempo and RPE • Add notes to every session (technique cues, how it felt, pain…)

Apple Health • Import recent workouts from Apple Health into your in-app calendar • See duration, distance and heart rate summary for compatible workouts

Calendar & stats • Calendar view + “Recent” list for all sessions • Weekly, monthly, yearly and total volume

Race analysis • Store all races per event (e.g. 100m Breast LCM) • Automatic pace per 50/100m and average split • Compare races vs personal best • Estimate FINA points based on your times
