Reminders that respect your protocol • Daily reminders via push or email — skipped on days you've already logged. • Cycle progress and adherence streaks built into every reminder (Day 5 of 28, 14-day streak). • Per-reminder method (push, email, or both) and per-protocol time of day. • Low-supply email alerts so you can reorder before a vial runs dry.

Vial inventory & supply runway • Runway bar and projected run-out date; set a reorder lead time and Regimen flags you in time. • The Today screen surfaces protocols approaching empty.

History, trends & outcomes • Complete dose ledger with undo (soft-void — your history is preserved). • Injection-site rotation with recency tracking. • Streaks, adherence percentage, and missed-dose counts. • Rate symptoms (mood, energy, sleep, libido, joint pain, focus, appetite) and see how each protocol is correlating with them. • HealthKit sync: weight, body fat, BMI, HRV, resting heart rate, and sleep stages. • Trends "Your Protocols" view shows each protocol's biggest mover — once you've been dosing for a full week.
