Build your stack

• Add from a curated library of 25+ compounds: BPC-157, TB-500, Tirzepatide, Cagrilintide, Retatrutide, Semaglutide, GHK-Cu, CJC-1295 (no DAC), Ipamorelin, Sermorelin, Tesamorelin, NAD+, MOTS-c, Humanin, SS-31, AOD-9604, Pinealon, Selank, Semax, DSIP, PT-141, KPV, Thymosin alpha-1, VIP, SLU-PP-332.
• Configure each entry: dose amount in micrograms, milligrams, or IU; frequency (daily, every other day, twice daily, post-workout, weekly, custom); a color tag; private notes.
• Add custom compounds outside the library. Edit or pause any entry at any time.

Log doses in one tap

• The Today screen shows your full stack. Tap "Log" — the dose is recorded with the right amount, unit, and timestamp.
• Mistapped? Undo the last log instantly.
• A day badge shows how many doses you've taken for each peptide today (×1, ×2, ×3).

Streaks and history

• Streak counter on Today and Profile counts consecutive days with at least one dose.
• "This week" and "All time" totals sit next to the streak.
• Pull to refresh; everything syncs to the cloud the moment you tap.

Reminders that match real protocols

• Per-peptide reminders: pick times of day, days of week, AM/PM windows, post-workout cues.
• Native iOS notifications, respectful of Do Not Disturb and Focus modes.
