HOW IT WORKS Run the PFT once to set your baselines. Simulate your race across 8 × 1km runs, 8 stations, and the Roxzone transitions — 24 segments in all (Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Ski Erg, Wall Balls). Then race with the ghost on your wrist.
