Weekly Planning Plan your week with intention. Assign tasks to this week or next, set a weekly objective, and switch between Planning and Focus modes to see your work the way you need to.

P1 / P2 / P3 Priorities Pick your top 3 tasks for the week. P1 is your current focus, P2 is up next, P3 is after that. When you finish P1, everything cascades up automatically.

Projects Organize tasks into projects. Share projects with teammates and collaborate in real time. Set project schedules to show or hide projects based on the day and time.

Goals & Reflections Track yearly goals with progress indicators. Add reflections to look back on what you've accomplished.

Quick Add Capture tasks fast with the quick-add bar. Add multiple tasks at once without leaving your flow.

Customization Choose from built-in color themes or create your own. Switch between light and dark mode. Adjust corner radius to match your style.

Privacy First Your task content is encrypted. Passwordless login via email OTP or Google Sign-In. No passwords to remember or leak.
