Users widely praise the app for organizing and planning tasks and for its easy-to-use, straightforward interface with a clean, editable setup. However, recurring issues drag down the experience: frequent crashes and freezes, broken or unreliable reminders and recurring tasks, and persistent syncing and payment problems with Plus plans. Some users also dislike aggressive subscription popups and a confusing default Kanban setup that hides long-form descriptions. Overall, the app shows strong organizational value but remains hampered by stability, billing, and UX workflow concerns.

Recent reviews

The core app seems pretty nice for my use case. However, at least twice a day, I get two attention stealing popups from it, harassing me to sign up for its subscription (which I do not need). It’s incredibly irritating!
