Tasks: Simple ToDo & task list

Add tasks and to-dos, then organize by due date, reminders, recurrence, and category. Check a calendar, and review your history with stats and trophies. iCloud sync.

Task list

• Groups tasks automatically into Reminded, Overdue, Today, Upcoming, and Done, based on due dates and reminders.
• Shows the overall completion rate as a ring.
• Each row shows the due date, time, category, reminder time, recurrence, and subtask count (scroll the row horizontally to see everything).
• Highlights overdue tasks in red.
• Re-adds a recently completed task from the quick-add chips.
• Filters the list by category and other conditions.
• Expands a row to view and check off its subtasks.
• Swipe to complete or delete.

Adding and editing

• Enter a title and a memo.
• Set a due date, with an optional time.
• Set a reminder from presets (9:00 or 18:00 the same day, 18:00 the day before) or a custom time.
• Repeat daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Choose a category.
• Add, edit, and remove subtasks.
• Add multiple URLs and open them from the detail screen.

Calendar

• Shows each day's tasks as category-colored chips in a month grid.
• Draws every occurrence of recurring tasks.
• Tap a day to see its tasks.
• Move between months.
• Add a task for the selected day.

Stats

• Shows this week's completion as a ring.
• Shows this month's completed count and the change from last month.
• Shows your overall completion rate.
• Shows your current day streak and personal best.
• Shows a 12-week completion heatmap (tap a day for its count).
• Shows completed counts by category.

Achievements

• Lists trophies such as First done, 100 done, 500 done, 7-day streak, 14-day streak, 30-day streak, and Early bird (finishing before 7 AM).
• Separates earned and locked, showing progress and unlock conditions for locked ones.

Notifications

• Lists reminders that have already fired.
• Marks them all as read.
• Lists scheduled, upcoming reminders.
• Delivers reminders even when the app is closed, and shows the unread count on the app icon.

Categories

• Includes built-in categories: Work, Life, Shopping, Health, and Study.
• Add your own categories in 8 colors, and edit names and colors.

Settings

• Turn iCloud sync on or off. When on, tasks and custom categories mirror across your devices.
• Sync manually with Sync Now, and see the sync status.
• Available in Japanese and English.
• Uses a dark interface.

Privacy

• Tasks, categories, and settings are stored on your device and are not sent to our servers.
• With iCloud sync on, data is mirrored only to your own iCloud account via iCloud Key-Value Store.
• No ads, analytics, third-party SDKs, location, or AI.

• iPhone only, portrait orientation.
• Requires iOS 26.0 or later.
