NDA App turns an iPad into a dedicated check-in kiosk for visitors, contractors, vendors, and delivery personnel at private property and controlled-access environments. Designed for high-net-worth residential estates, production sets, backstage talent areas, and private events — anywhere confidentiality matters and paper NDAs create friction.

A visitor walks up, taps the iPad, and finishes in under 90 seconds:

• Select visitor type or scan a pre-invite code • Capture a government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport) • On-device OCR extracts name, address, date of birth, and ID number — the visitor confirms or corrects • Optional selfie capture to confirm presence at signing • Review one or more NDAs with scroll-to-read enforcement • Sign with a finger on the glass

Every signed record is sealed with a cryptographic content hash (SHA-256), producing a tamper-evident PDF that can be exported, emailed, or archived. Every document version is tracked, so you always know which revision a given visitor signed.

DESIGNED FOR CONTROLLED DEPLOYMENTS NDA App is not a consumer product. It is intended for deployment at a specific property or production, typically via Apple Business Manager or a private enrollment. The iPad is usually wall-mounted or placed at a concierge desk, and the visitor is the end user.

HOW DATA IS STORED Signed records live first in an encrypted local SQLite database on the iPad, so the kiosk works offline and never blocks a visitor waiting for a network round-trip. Administrators can configure an optional background sync to a private Supabase project they control, providing durable off-device storage with Row-Level Security that prevents anyone but the property's authorized admin from reading records back.

Privacy and security • No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking • No personal data leaves the device unless the administrator explicitly enables cloud sync • Cloud sync uses a private Supabase project the operator controls — never a shared vendor • Storage-level encryption at rest, TLS in transit • Only INSERT permissions on the cloud side by default — a compromised iPad can never exfiltrate historical records

FOR PRODUCTION AND TALENT ENVIRONMENTS Production Mode adds a user selector so touring productions, studios, and talent managers can assign the right document bundle to the visitor based on which principal they are visiting. Each company can carry its own set of NDA documents with independent versioning.
