I purchased this app a year ago. I paid the one time fee for unlimited PDF edits. It was working great, but now the app won’t open on my tablet or phone. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded it numerous times. All of my documents are inaccessible and I use this app for business. I can’t even get the app to load past the grey screen. If admin will reach out to me, I will adjust the rating , but right now this is unacceptable to be advertised as a pro app. If you sell it...support it.
