No more standing in the driveway trying to remember whether the post office or the grocery store should come first.
Flow Mode
When you're ready to work on tasks, Flow Mode guides you through them one at a time. Background timers handle things that run while you do something else — laundry going while you answer emails, dishes soaking while you tidy up. No wall of tasks. One task at a time.

Two quick check-ins: How's your energy? What's your brain doing? Motivated and ready looks different from low battery and scattered. Attune uses what you told it to surface different tasks for those different states. Tasks chosen for how you're feeling right now — not for how overdue they are, not for how long the list is.

Pro unlocks Home Mode chore flows, Out and About route optimization, Plan My Day (which finds gaps in your calendar and fits tasks into them), Apple Reminders sync, and auto-scheduled Flow sessions.
On the first of each month, a pattern summary arrives. Five honest data points from your previous month: tasks completed, your best energy state, peak time of day, most active day, and overall completion rate. Not a report card — just a clear picture of how you actually work.
