Seemira is legitimately a nervous system regulation tool. I love how it's not consistently monitoring me, but when it does, it actually shows impact and results. Different to all the tools out there, Seemira isn't just tracking you and giving you data for the sake of it. Seemira is instead giving you a new way to learn and understand the body's response to stress, and I haven't seen anything like it out there.

A lot of wellness apps feel fake or overcomplicated. Seemira is simple and helpful. I like that it helps calm me down without feeling cheesy. The design is clean, the exercises are easy to do, and I’ve found myself opening it pretty often when I’m stressed. Definitely one of the better apps I’ve tried.
