CrushIt is a nicotine and smoking cessation app. The app combines evidence-based tools, progress tracking, an AI assistant, a support community and gamification to guide users through their quit journey. Key Features:

Streak tracking: A real-time counter displays consecutive smoke-free days, with an 11-level progression system (from "Rookie" to "Legend" at 90+ days). Dashboard: Weekly progress overview, money saved (calculated from user-declared monthly cost), relapse count, and personal journal. 5 recentering tools: 4-7-8 Breathing, 5-Minute Rule, 2-Minute Active Walk, Cold Water Reset, and Future Self Visualization — guided exercises to manage cravings. 6 distraction games: Memory Challenge, Find It Fast, Scrambled Words, Color Test (Stroop), Math Express and Breathing Exercise — to redirect attention during cravings. Panic Button: Quick access to tools and games during urgent cravings (also accessible via deep link crushit://panic). AI Assistant: Conversational chatbot powered by Cloudflare Workers backend, offering personalized support and motivation in French. Community: Real-time discussion space where users share experiences and encourage each other. Progress analytics: Progress charts, relapse tracking, health benefits unlocked at key milestones (Day 3: better sleep, Day 7: improved taste and smell, Day 30: better sleep, Day 90: cleaner lungs). Pledge system: Users can commit daily with a 24h lock to reinforce accountability. Notifications: Morning motivation (8am), anti-craving alerts (2pm), milestone reminders (days 1, 2, 3, 7, 14, 30, 60, 90), and pledge reminders. Full onboarding: 9-question assessment quiz (frequency, triggers, spending, motivation), personalized profile analysis, nicotine addiction education, and goals and notifications setup.

Testing Information:

The app requires completing onboarding (quiz + setup) to access main features. An active subscription is required to bypass the paywall screen. Please use a StoreKit sandbox account to test. Notifications require authorization during onboarding.
