Incident Monitoring See all open alerts from your BHNM server at a glance — severity, status, device, and time. Swipe to acknowledge or un-acknowledge without opening the incident. Tap any incident for the full detail: primary alarms, related alarms, state log, and alarm counts.

Device Overview Browse and search your entire device inventory. Each row shows real-time alarm status — healthy threshold count, acknowledged alarms, and active alarms by severity. Active incidents scroll as a ticker below the alarm chips. Tap a device to see its current issues, performance charts, and host information. Tap any incident directly to navigate to its full detail.

Tactical Overview A dashboard view of your network health by Category, Site, and Business Workflow — aggregated host, service, threshold, and anomaly counts with colour-coded severity badges.
