Pressure, cycle & sleep care
Forecast your body's waves, pressure, PM2.5, sleep and cycle, so you can pace your day. When uneasy, tap the heart. No alert sounds. Watch over loved ones, gently.
A gentle self-care app that stays close to your body's and heart's natural waves.
Anshin Tap is made for highly sensitive people (HSP), and for anyone who feels anxiety or panic easily. When you feel uneasy, gently tap the large heart, and a soft vibration delivers a quiet you are okay. No alert sounds, calm pastel colors, simple taps. A safe place for minds that feel everything a little more.
Body Forecast: predict your waves, pace your day
I never know when I will feel off. Anshin Tap forecasts the ups and downs that come in cycles, so you can prepare, care for yourself, and gently share with people who matter.
- Air pressure (weather-pain care): a heads-up before low-pressure days. Pressure may drop today, take it easy.
- Temperature swings: prepare for sluggish days when temperatures shift sharply.
- Air quality (PM2.5): a gentle nudge on hazy days, helpful if you are sensitive or have allergies.
- Sleep: from last night's hours, go slow today and rest often.
- Menstrual cycle: gentle estimates for PMS, your next period, and ovulation.
- Autonomic balance (HRV): quietly notice days when your body feels more tense than usual.
Everything is an estimate, not a medical diagnosis. Pressure and air quality come from weather data; sleep, heart rate and cycle are read from the Health app.
Quiet by design: calm days stay silent. A gentle heads-up arrives around 8am, only when you need it, with an evening preview before big low-pressure days. A 3-day forecast helps you prepare ahead, and you can tune sensitivity per item.
Watch over each other
Turn on sharing, and a gentle message such as the weather may be tough for them today, or PMS may be starting, can reach someone you choose. Pick the relationship: partner, family, parent, child, or friend. Not couples-only. Choose what to share per person. Fully opt-in: it only arrives if the receiver allows it. Your raw cycle data and location are never sent, only the gentle message.
The comfort heart
Tap the big heart whenever you feel anxious. Tap again and hearts ripple outward, at your own pace. A try a calming breath link is always nearby.
Mood, journal and calendar
Log how you feel now with one tap. Keep a journal with mood and tags. The calendar brings your mood, challenges, journal and Body Forecast together: your last period, predicted next period, PMS and ovulation, plus sleep and PM2.5 history.
Challenges
Log slightly uneasy actions: going out, meeting people, transport, shops, before or after. Each I did it helps you learn your own pace. Today's forecast appears before you start.
Breathing guide
4-7-8, box breathing and more. A soft vibration guides inhale, hold and exhale, gently there on tense days.
On your watch (watchOS)
Tap the heart, quick-log your period, and breathe right from your watch. It syncs with your iPhone automatically.
Privacy first
Your logs (taps, mood, heart rate, sleep, cycle) stay on your device and iCloud; we do not analyze them on a server. Location is used only to fetch weather and air-quality forecasts, never stored on our server, never used to pinpoint you, never shared. Only the items you turn on are shared, and you can turn everything off with one tap.
