MoosePad keeps your meeting audio private: transcription runs on your device and your audio never leaves it. It turns your meetings into organized, searchable notes on iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and on Mac it can capture system audio from Zoom, Teams, and your browser, not just your microphone. Hit record for a real-time transcript, then one tap generates a structured AI summary with key points, action items, and takeaways. Only the transcript text is sent to the cloud for that summary.

You can also import audio you recorded somewhere else (podcasts, lectures, voice memos) and run it through the same transcription and summary flow.

PRIVACY

Transcription runs on your device using Apple's Speech framework, so your audio is never uploaded or processed on a remote server. When you generate a summary, only the text transcript is sent to our cloud AI service. No audio recordings ever leave your device.

When you opt in to capturing other apps' audio on iPhone or iPad, MoosePad uses the system screen broadcast to receive audio from the apps you have open. iOS will show a system warning that mentions screen content and notifications, because that is the standard warning for any screen broadcast. MoosePad only uses the audio. Screen content, notifications, and video are never captured or stored. The audio is written to a local container on your device, transcribed on device, and discarded when the broadcast ends.

Live transcription is available in English (US and UK), Spanish (Spain and Mexico), French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Cantonese), Arabic, and Turkish.
