Shopfix puts your whole repair shop in your pocket. It's built for the technicians, service writers, and managers who spend the day on the floor instead of behind a desk, keeping work orders, parts, tools, and hours in one place so nobody has to walk back to the office to find out what's next.

WORK ORDERS See every job in the shop, or filter down to just the ones assigned to you. Open a work order for vehicle details, task-by-task progress, notes, and photos, so you always know how much of the job is left. The Kanban board shows where each job stands at a glance.

TASKS Pick up your assigned work, start and stop timers as you move between jobs, and tick tasks off as you finish them. Currently Working shows who on the team is on which job right now.

TIME TRACKING Clock in and out of your work day from your phone. Job timers keep running in the background and stay visible on your Lock Screen, so you always know what your hours are logged against. Timesheets let you review everything you've recorded.

PARTS AND INVENTORY Search the parts catalog, check stock levels and shelf locations, and request the parts you need for a job or for one specific task. Follow purchase orders as they arrive.

BARCODE SCANNING Scan a part or a location label with your camera to assign parts to a job, move stock to a new location, or return parts to the shelf, with no part numbers to type.

TOOLS Track shop tools down to individual units: what's in stock, where it lives, and who has it checked out.

CUSTOMERS, ESTIMATES, AND INVOICES Look up customer records, review estimates, and check invoice status and amounts due from anywhere in the shop.

NOTIFICATIONS AND WIDGETS Get notified when work is assigned to you or a request needs your attention. Add the My Tasks widget to your Home Screen to see today's work without opening the app.

LOCATION Shopfix uses your location to confirm you're on site when you clock in or start a job timer, and keeps your work location visible to your manager on the employee map while a timer is running. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
