PLAN SMARTER Build multi-day training plans with any combination of strength, timed, cardio, and interval exercises. Add multiple exercises at once using the multi-select browser, set default sets and reps for the whole batch, and drag to arrange them in exactly the right order.

PROGRESS AUTOMATICALLY After each session, BoomPowFit suggests your starting weight for next time — bumping it up when you hit your target reps, pulling it back when you need more time. Your last weight, reps, and sets carry forward so you never start from zero.

TRAIN ON YOUR WRIST The Apple Watch app keeps the full plan in front of you during your session. Log sets, rest between intervals, and finish your workout — all without touching your phone.
