WEEKLY BINGO: Turn a week's training into a fun game Does your training plan for the week seem too long? Break it down into 9 small sections, with each section representing a small task, such as walking 6,000 steps or drinking 8 glasses of water. Complete one, and light up one. Transform your training into a game, and you'll feel an overwhelming sense of achievement.

SQUAD STEP: Moving together as a team, towards the same goal. Set the team's objective, upload your walking diary every day, and move towards a common destination together. It's much more interesting than just counting miles by yourself.
