Alan, The Philosopher A little mischievous. Makes you laugh at yourself in a way that actually lands. He won’t give you answers — just better questions, which ends up being more useful anyway.

Mu, The Mirror Direct. Minimal. Not harsh, but not letting you hide either. He sees exactly where you’re closing off and names it. It’s confronting, but in a clean way.

From there, you’re not really in charge - they are. They choose your sessions, your rhythm, how often you show up. You just commit to the container.

Each meditation uses solfeggio frequencies, basically specific tones your guide picks based on what you need that day. It’s a mix of a steady sine wave and softer, bell-like sounds tuned to that frequency. Simple, but it works.

After each session, you pick a color that matches how you feel. Over time, it builds into this visual map of your inner state, kind of like an artwork of your own patterns.
