Tap a phrase, earn screen time
Stackwall retrains your doomscroll reflex, one tap at a time. Tap through personalized phrases that point you back toward what you meant to do. Taps earns screen time.
You have a reflex problem. Not a willpower problem.
You already know how to tap through a feed without thinking. Stackwall gives that tap a different destination: tap a phrase, see the next one, and get nudged back toward what you meant to do.
When a task gets hard, boredom shows up, or something feels uncomfortable, your phone becomes the easiest exit.
Stackwall puts a thoughtful step between the urge and the scroll.
[HOW IT WORKS]
Block the apps that distract you most.
When you try to open a blocked app, Stackwall opens in its place. Tap the current phrase to reveal the next one, like moving through a feed without the scroll.
In the default tap mode, each tap adds your chosen number of seconds to your earned-time bank.
As your bank grows, completed 10-minute blocks become available to spend. Choose how many minutes to use, temporarily unlock your selected apps, and let them re-lock automatically when the pass ends.
Tapping earns by default. If you want more active friction, require a text note or voice rep before a tap earns time. Hold to record or swipe to write.
You can optionally hear your recorded Phrase Audio when you tap or during Timer.
[COACH]
When you need help in the moment, Stacky Coach guides you through a short Pause → Reframe → Choose guided chat.
Choose a purpose:
Self-talk
Affirmations
Focus
Ideas
Future
Describe what is happening using text input or keyboard dictation. Stacky generates five phrases shaped around your situation and shows them one at a time.
If one misses, refine it. Then practice it, record it in your own voice, or save it for later. Generated phrases can stay together as a rotating collection.
[WHY IT'S DIFFERENT]
Most blockers stop at “no.”
Stackwall borrows the tap-through rhythm of a feed, then points it toward a phrase, an intention, and a next move.
The block creates a pause, the phrase gives the moment direction, and each rep builds both earned time and a growing brick wall.
It is a familiar tap pattern with a different destination.
[THE 24-HOUR RULE]
After setup, changes to blocker settings take 24 hours to take effect.
That includes blocked apps and categories, your earn rate, note requirement, and daily unlock limit.
The rule you set when calm gets time to protect you when the urge is loud.
