Every day, you complete four bodyweight movements — plank, wall sit, squats, push-ups. Each one starts small. Each one grows with you. Your streak is the only number that matters.

HOW IT WORKS

Day 1 is easy on purpose. You hold a plank for 10 seconds. You do 5 squats. That's it.

Day 2, you go a tiny bit further. Day 7, you surprise yourself. Day 30, you don't recognise who you were on Day 1.

DailyXplore adds 2 seconds to every hold and 1 rep to every set, automatically. The progression is real. The results are visible. The only way to stop is to miss a day — and then the streak resets to zero.

That reset is brutal by design.

THE FOUR EXERCISES

PLANK : Builds an iron core. Forearms flat, body a straight line. The timer counts up. You hold until it stops.

WALL SIT : Quads, glutes, calves on fire. Back against the wall, thighs parallel to the floor, hold the 90°. Every second earns the next one.

SQUATS : Full range of motion, chest up, knees tracking over toes. Each rep is a deposit into your future self.

PUSH-UPS : Classic, honest effort. Hands wider than shoulders, chest to the floor, full extension at the top. No half-reps counted.

THE STREAK

Your streak is everything. It's the number you protect. It's the reason you get off the couch on the days you don't feel like it.
