Your shifts, right now Open the app and see exactly what's on today: the participant's name, address, scheduled time, and any standing instructions left by your coordinator. Navigate directly to the address from the shift card.

Check in with GPS When you arrive, check in with a single tap. Teiro captures your GPS location and timestamp so your coordinator knows you're on site. If location is unavailable, you can check in manually -- the app won't block you from doing your job.

Pre-shift briefing Before you start, review the care plan and notes from the previous visit. Everything your coordinator wants you to know is in one place, without needing to call or message first.

Log incidents on the spot If something happens during a shift, file an incident report before you leave. Choose the type (fall, medication error, behavioural incident, near miss, and others), rate the severity, describe what happened, and record what actions you took. The report goes straight to your coordinator for review.

Check out and record travel When the shift ends, check out and log any travel. Your checkout time and location are recorded automatically.
