Welcome to this co-creative space — a space devoted to healing, growth, and spiritual expansion. In a world that often feels unpredictable and overwhelming, my intention is simple: to help you cultivate inner calm in an unstable world.

I’ve been a Wholistic Counsellor and Life Coach for many years, and while I offer guidance and experience, and teach you tools, I am not here to be your guru.

My deepest intention is to support you in becoming your own guru — reconnecting with your inner wisdom and your direct relationship with the Universe, in whatever way feels true for you. Together, we focus on creating inner calm — by teaching you practical, embodied tools to reduce stress and restore lasting balance.

As you engage in Spring Forest Qigong Classes and Training, you’ll learn how to regulate your energy and strengthen your intuition and life-force.

Through EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques, you can gently release emotional stress, stored tension, and create healing that lasts.

In the Louise Hay: Heal Your Life workshops, you’ll explore powerful mindset and belief system transformations.

Through Eponaquest® Healing with Horses, you experience profound emotional attunement and somatic awareness.

There is a bouquet of Free Resources available, as well as monthly memberships and longer term mentoring for those who want to others deepen their skills to help others heal.
