Your coach knows the road before you ride it.

Pre-ride briefs identify steep sections, pacing risks, sustained efforts, and the parts of the route most likely to shape your ride.

Post-ride analysis uses your route and performance data to explain what happened and why—not simply offer generic encouragement.

For example: “You rode 40 watts above threshold at the base of the climb and paid for it in the final two minutes.”

For compatible single-speed cog setups, Strappo provides 24 virtual gears driven by the same road physics. Shift using OpenBikeControl devices, Shimano Di2 and D-FLY controls, or compatible game controllers.

Track power, cadence, speed, elevation, and heart rate. Use supported Apple Watch, Shimano Di2/D-FLY, Apple TV, AirPlay, game-controller, and OpenBikeControl integrations. Choose standard, hybrid, or satellite 3D maps.
