I enjoy the app WHEN IT WORKS. But since an earlier update in 2026 the app constantly crashes. It makes doing challenges and races pointless when the app doesn’t work. My annual subscription ends in a few months and I won’t be renewing, I suggest you pay month-to-month if you don’t want to get locked to a buggy app.

Wanted to love it. I have a Zwift Ride which works flawlessly with Zwift. Rouvy is completely flaky about finding the bike’s sensors. It’s amazingly bad. I have tried everything - ensuring Zwift isn’t running at all, power cycling the bike and TV, being hyper careful about the order I do things, etc. No luck. It sees the bike about 1/10 of the time. When it works, it’s nice to explore the virtual world. But it works so seldom it is useless. Suspending my subscriptioin.
