Get daily recommendations based on fitness, fatigue and form — calculated with established sports science (CTL/ATL/TSB). The coach factors in last night's sleep and tells you when to push hard and when your body needs rest. A dedicated home screen widget shows your form index and today's recommendation.

Let the app build your interval playlist from Apple Music: the tempo of the music follows the intensity of your program and builds throughout the session. Never the same song twice in one workout, calm music during recoveries — and songs start right where the groove kicks in.
TREADMILL INTERVAL PROGRAMS
Build your own interval templates with warmup, running intervals, recoveries and cooldown. Set incline and terrain type. Follow the program with clear audio cues — or create the whole session with your voice using AI.
JUST RUN — AND GET YOUR CLASS RECOGNIZED
Start "Just run" on the treadmill and the app recognizes the structure afterwards: warmup, intervals, recoveries and cooldown. If you ran 3:58, 4:00 and 4:02, the app understands the class was 3 × 4 min — and can save it as a reusable class with location and time of day.
TRACK YOUR WORKOUTS
Record runs, walks, hikes, bike rides and treadmill sessions with GPS, heart rate, steps and elevation. Strength and yoga show duration and calories. See detailed statistics for every workout.
WIDGETS AND LIVE ACTIVITY
Your latest workout and weekly totals on the home screen, the AI coach's form index in its own widget — and your ongoing workout on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.
DETAILED STRAVA INTEGRATION
Connect Strava for automatic upload after every workout. Løp sammen! publishes your interval sessions in detail — outdoors and on the treadmill — so you can see exactly the program you ran, with pace, heart rate and power per interval.

Use Apple Watch as a heart rate monitor and remote control. See heart rate, distance and time right on your wrist during the workout.
BLUETOOTH SENSORS
