Digital Sabbath helps you collectively disconnect from distracting apps for one day a year — the summer solstice.

On June 21, 2026, your selected apps take a rest. Feeds go quiet. Everything else works normally — calls, texts, maps, music, banking.

HOW IT WORKS You choose which apps to pause. On sabbath day, those apps are temporarily set aside. You can also preview the experience anytime with a 1-hour mini sabbath.

WHAT YOU CAN PAUSE You pick which apps to step away from: social media, dating apps, news feeds — whatever you find distracting.

WHAT STAYS AVAILABLE Everything else. Phone calls, messages, email, maps, music, banking, shopping — all work normally.

WHY ONE DAY? The average person spends 7+ hours a day on screens. Digital Sabbath isn't about quitting technology. It's about one day to remember what life feels like without the feed.
