Your top 3 picks are highlighted up front. Every other dish gets a clear score, a one-line verdict, and a detailed breakdown you can expand. Allergens and intolerances are flagged automatically so nothing slips past you.

Want to know more about a specific dish? Tap "Ask about this dish" to chat with your personal nutritionist. Ask about substitutions, hidden ingredients, how to modify an order, or what to pair it with.

HOW SCORING WORKS

Each dish is rated 0–100 based on how good it is for your specific profile:

90+ → Excellent match for your body and goals. 70–89 → Great choice with minor tradeoffs. 50–69 → Decent but not ideal — fried, heavy, or misaligned with your goals. Below 50 → Poor fit. Allergens, problem ingredients, or conflicts with your restrictions.

The app highlights what's good (high protein, rich in omega-3, gut-friendly) and what's not (deep fried, heavy cream, hidden allergens) — so you always know exactly what you're eating.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
