Signal & Support guides you through a brief self-assessment across six domains — physiological state, cognitive function, emotional regulation, social capacity, behavioral patterns, and sensory experience. Each check-in compares how you're doing today to your personal baseline, not to a clinical norm and not to other users. Results describe where you are in this moment. What you do with that information is up to you.

When a check-in suggests that extra support might help, the app can generate a message you can send to a trusted person — so asking for help doesn't require explaining everything in real time, when explaining is the hardest part.

Signal & Support is not a clinical tool. It's not a diagnostic instrument. It's not a crisis line, a monitoring service, or a replacement for therapy or professional care. How your data is handled Your check-ins are stored only on your device. They're never sent to a server, never linked to your Apple ID, and never shared with anyone. No account needed. No analytics. No third-party SDKs. Export everything from Settings at any time, or delete it all in one tap.

What's not in the app, on purpose No streaks. No gamification. No sharing prompts. No diagnostic claims. No crisis detection. No "how are you feeling?" pressure at launch.
