IFPP™

IFPP™ (Integrated Functional Pain Program™) is a patient companion app provided by your pain management clinic. It supports chronic pain self-management through an evidence-based educational curriculum and connects you with your care team for clinical follow-up.

EDUCATIONAL CURRICULUM The program delivers a structured 8-week curriculum covering pain education, movement pacing, sleep hygiene, nutrition, stress management, and cognitive approaches to living well with chronic pain. Daily check-ins help you track your pain, sleep, and mood so your care team can monitor your progress and adjust your care plan.

LYQUA™ HYDRATION & DIAGNOSTIC TESTING For patients enrolled in the Lyqua pilot program, the app supports daily hydration tracking and at-home urinalysis testing. You can submit test strip photos directly through the app for review by your care team. Every test result you see has been reviewed and approved by a licensed clinical provider before it is released to you.

HOW RESULTS WORK The app does not provide diagnoses, medical advice, or treatment recommendations on its own. It does not interpret test results independently of your provider. All clinical results displayed in the app have been reviewed and released by a licensed clinical provider in your care team.
