By recording simple check-ins, the app lets HFX iQ adapt to your experience and provide tailored program recommendations. Continuous learning and proactive support from your care team help you stay informed and supported as your therapy evolves.

Key features include saving and naming favorite programs, tracking pain levels and relief trends over time, earning achievement badges, and monitoring device battery. MRI Mode can be turned on to enable safe full-body MRI access within defined parameters. The app is available for select Apple devices (iPhone 8 and later on iOS 15+), is English-only in the U.S., and is intended for patients prescribed by a physician.

Let me just first start off by saying…. When it works, it’s amazing! I have provided such a low rating due to the several frustrations in using this product for the past two years. 1. Repetitive issues with the app not working correctly. 2. Dropping off the network, requiring a face to face visit from Nevro rep to get my stimulator “back online”. So, so, so very inconvenient! (Time off work, scheduling appointment that must be at the doctor’s office) Multiple challenges with that! My last appointment with Nevro I learned that the “very small pizza” on the charging pad must hit the EXACT center of the stimulator in your back. NGTL…. MF has taken a few flight trips across the living room, which only leaves me extremely frustrated and hopeless, along with excruciating pain! Worst design ever!! 3. I have spent hours attempting to place the charging pad against the device in my back. Belt pocket for charging pad is the worst design ever! 4. You have to take time to charge every other day. Today I am dealing with the white screen. This is a new thing for me but I have read some reviews mentioning this. I wish someone would post resolution.😩 I’ve taken steps to have device removed.

This app is so difficult to connect to Bluetooth. I don’t have problems connecting to Bluetooth with anything else but HFX! I have never had to restart my phone so much. I’m about to just be over it.

The device is still working but the app no longer loads and gets stuck on a white screen. I am not able to adjust the device settings for differing levels of pain. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
