on a good day, it's buggy with connection issues. unfortunately, it stopped connecting entirely after six months and I've been unable to control pain for weeks now with no update from the company. had no issues with the old school remote I used for over eight years previously.

After 18 months with the NEVRO Spinal Cord Implant and this app, it has earned a 5-Star Review. After having been fully crippled by chronic pain (unable to sleep and unable to take a deep breath), NEVRO has provided real relief. The App is very helpful, especially when used in tandem with the NEVRO Care Team. It did take a few months to get the device focused at its best. The Care Team patiently walked me through step by step adjustments with the app. Did the device provide 100 percent relief? No. A cocktail of prescribed medication is still part of my daily routine. And I am still disabled by the chronic nerve pain. But the NEVRO device and this app have provided tremendous benefit to the quality of my life. If you are being disabled by chronic pain, I encourage you to speak with your physician and explore NEVRO’s products to see if they might be helpful to you.
