Pros
- Easy to use and follow, making home-based therapy simple.
- Effective pain relief and therapeutic results across conditions like neck, back, knee, etc.
- Progress logging and built-in timers help track and pace workouts.
- Flexible scheduling—fit routines into your day and access at home.
- Broad library of postural and therapeutic exercises.
Cons
- UX degraded by updates: frictiony changes and a call to revert to the old UI.
- Cost barrier: required membership and upfront quiz/fee.
- Timer reliability issues: timer stops or fails when screen sleeps or during use.

I was using the previous version every day. The new version does not fit the screen of my iPhone SE and I can no longer submit progress at the end of the routine. I’ve stopped using the app altogether.

Working with a therapist is definitely helpful
My therapist is Courtney and we do it virtually on line .I don’t think I would have gotten rid of my pain is it were not for her.
Wasn’t sure if I would be in a wheelchair today and given up if it wasn’t for her and a friend who recommended her.

Unfortunately, the app does not function well. It is a hindrance. It's difficult to get a session started. I have to hit the button to start the session something like ten times before it will finally start. (And yes, I closed out of app, restarted phone, etc.) I've been doing my program regularly and the app says I haven't. The partying animals at the end of a session are nice but the front page of the app says I'm derelict. Not very motivating. I'd prefer to just log my program on paper at this point. The only reason I continue with the app is that my PT can see what I'm up to. He told me that the app is buggy and that my sessions do get logged even if on my side it doesn't look like it. I agree with another reviewer that the machine lady voice barking "three, two, one..." is unpleasant.
This app needs some work.
