I was using the previous version every day. The new version does not fit the screen of my iPhone SE and I can no longer submit progress at the end of the routine. I’ve stopped using the app altogether.

Working with a therapist is definitely helpful My therapist is Courtney and we do it virtually on line .I don’t think I would have gotten rid of my pain is it were not for her. Wasn’t sure if I would be in a wheelchair today and given up if it wasn’t for her and a friend who recommended her.
