We built this app because most lifting apps are either overloaded with features you'll never use, or they're just glorified spreadsheets. We wanted something simpler and smarter - an app that handles the programming so you can focus on training.

Super Strong generates your workouts automatically using built-in progression intelligence. As you log your sets, the app learns what you can actually do, tracks your performance, and prescribes your next session - similar to how a good trainer would.

The goal is simple: help you get stronger over time, with as little friction as possible.
