crude is independent food research. we read every ingredient on the label, name it, and colour it: red for industrial, amber for refined, green for real food. you get one score, 0–100, and a report card behind it.

crude is in Turkish, for products sold in supermarkets in Turkey.

no ads. no sponsorships. no brand deals that compromise what we publish. subscriptions fund the research.

HOW IT WORKS

scan a barcode, or open a shelf. every shelf is ranked, best to worst. tap a product — see exactly what we found. the score is the summary. the ingredients are the proof.
