CONTAMINANTS: Tallow surfaces independent lab data from oasishealth.app, oliveapp.com, EWG, Consumer Reports, FDA testing, and PubMed-indexed studies. If a reputable lab measured it and published the result, Tallow surfaces it — with a citation link to the source.

NOVA CLASSIFICATION: Every product is sorted into one of four NOVA groups. Group 4 (ultra-processed) is flagged on sight. The food industry has spent decades making ultra-processed look natural. Tallow reads the back.
