I’ve tried a lot of health and fitness apps, but this one is different because it helps you actually execute your routine instead of just tracking things. One feature I really love is that you can build your own protocols and organize habits, workouts, supplements, and routines in one place. It makes it easy to create a system instead of juggling multiple apps. The learning section and lessons are also great for understanding the bigger picture of longevity and why certain habits matter. But my favorite part is the ready-to-use training sessions. When I go to the gym I can simply open the workout and follow the sets and exercises provided. It removes the friction of planning and lets me just focus on training. Overall, it’s a very thoughtful app for anyone who wants a structured approach to health, fitness, and longevity. Looking forward to seeing how it evolves.
