My Life Habit is for adults building durable routines, without the pressure of arbitrary streaks. The app respects your seasons.

DAILY CHECK-IN — three tracking styles Checkbox, quantity counter, or timer. Mark habits done your way. Tap once and you're back to your day.

PROGRAMS — when you want a path Choose a structured 7, 21, or 30-day program when you need direction. Each program is a curated arc of small daily steps building toward something concrete: stronger morning routines, clearer eating, deeper rest, more time outside.

ROUTINES — habit stacking that fits your life Group habits into Morning, Afternoon, or Evening routines. A sequential progress bar shows your flow through the day; completion celebrations land softly when you finish.

PROGRESS ANALYTICS A 12-week heatmap reveals your patterns over time. Consistency %, longest streak, and monthly completions help you understand what's actually working. Patterns over time, not a daily test.

FRIENDS — quiet accountability Connect with a small circle through invite codes. A leaderboard of streaks and consistency without the pressure of public competition. Visibility is yours to control. Built around shared accountability — not feeds, not likes.

PAUSE & SKIP WITHOUT PENALTY Rest days don't break your streak. Long-press any habit to pause (with reason and duration) or skip for the day. Your streak resumes where it left off. Designed for real life.

MOOD CHECK-IN Log how you're feeling each day on a 1–5 scale. Reflection becomes part of the routine, not a separate task. Over time, you'll see which habits tend to align with the days you feel best.

APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Optional auto-completion for supported habits — when Health records the activity, the matching habit closes for you. Off by default, opt-in per habit, with a clear summary of what's shared. You can turn it off anytime in Settings.
