Amrap is easy to get started and really helpful for beginners. Instead of spending time figuring out what workout to do or what weight to use, the app guides you through the process in a very natural way. The AI interaction feels natural and intuitive, and the real-time guidance helps reduce a lot of the guesswork. Looking forward to seeing how the app continues to evolve!

Best workout app I’ve found. It created a personalized workout for me and was very straightforward to use. You can change the workout if you don’t like them and create routines that focus on specific things (toning arms, legs, core, etc.). A great purchase all around!
