Connect the assistant you already pay for — Claude, ChatGPT, and others — and it can read your history, draft routines and weekly plans that appear right in the app, and even log sets for you. Scoped to your sign-in, disconnectable anytime. No extra subscription.

MyoAmigo works fully on-device — no account required, no signal required. Sync is optional, your data never trains AI models, and there isn't a single ad or third-party analytics tracker. Bring years of training in with Strong CSV import, units intact, and export everything back out anytime. It's your data.
Small things, done right: every set remembers the unit you entered it in, so a 100 kg lift never silently becomes 220.46 lb. Bodyweight movements count your real moved mass, not zero. And you can start a session from a Lock Screen widget, the Action button, Control Center, or "Hey Siri, start Push Day."
