When you join, your coach gets to know you. You'll answer a focused set of questions about your training experience, physique, schedule, nutrition, sleep, stress, and existing pain. Your coach then uses that full picture to generate a personalized hypothesis about your biggest obstacles and builds a prioritized, step-by-step action plan designed to break through them. You can review the plan and ask for revisions. This is your forge.
HUMA OR AI COACH ALWAYS ON
Choose between an AI-only plan and a human + AI plan. AI-only is fully complete and you have all the tools you need to achieve your goals. Human + AI plans adds a boost to accountability and even more personal touch. You decide.
Ask about any step in your plan, request a technique breakdown, nutrition targets. Your coach remembers your full profile and adapts every response to your situation.
Weekly check-ins keep your plan current. Progress is tracked right inside the app — no need for spreadsheets or additional trackers.
CONSISTENCY SCORE AS PRIORITY
Most important is that you achieve consistency, therefore we created a unique score to help you stay consistent. The score is higher as you log workouts and meals. This score will also incorporate sleep and breathwork routines and adherence.
