ActForge Workout is your smart training coach designed to build the right workout plan for your body, lifestyle, and goals. Instead of random exercises or generic routines, ActForge uses your complete fitness profile—goal, experience, equipment, training days, session length, injuries, stress level, and more—to create a personalized split and weekly workouts that make sense. Everything is structured like a real coach would design: balanced, progressive, and tailored to where you are right now.
Once your profile is set, the app recommends the most suitable training split for you, such as Upper/Lower, Push Pull Legs, Full Body, or Bro Split. You can choose the recommended split, explore all available options, or create your own custom split. Each split includes an 8–12 week progression period, helping you stay consistent while training all major muscle groups with the right frequency and avoiding plateaus.
Workouts are automatically generated for the entire progression period, giving you fresh sessions every week while repeating key exercises to help you master form and build strength. If you change your training days or available equipment, ActForge instantly adapts and regenerates a plan that fits your updated lifestyle—just like a real coach adjusting your program when things change.
During workouts, you can log your sets and track your performance. The app shows previous logs, progress charts, coaching cues, warmups, cardio options, cooldowns, and warns you if an exercise conflicts with your injury profile. If you prefer a different movement, you can switch exercises instantly without losing structure. You can also open a YouTube demonstration for clearer understanding.
ActForge includes a complete exercise library where you can explore movements by muscle group, learn proper form, read coaching cues, and discover variations. A dedicated tracking section lets you see all your logged exercises and open performance graphs to understand your long-term progress with clarity.
Free users can explore ActForge for 30 days, generate up to 5 personalized plans, and update their profile up to 5 times. Premium users unlock weekly cloud sync of logs, unlimited plan generation, long-term progress tracking, and future advanced features.
